The Nature Conservation Council of NSW believes that together we can make a difference. A sustainable environment for ourselves and future generations rests on our efforts today.
For more than 50 years, our effective staff and dedicated network of member groups has been the voice for the natural environment in NSW. Our work has been instrumental in creating new national parks and marine parks, helping households become more water and energy efficient, preventing the loss of native habitat and wildlife, and making NSW more ecologically sustainable.
From founding Australia’s biggest day of climate action, Walk Against Warming, to supporting the work of grassroots conservation groups we defend the environment from degradation and destruction.
But we need your help. There are many parts of NSW that remain threatened and unprotected. Without your support many native plants and animals, our bushland and forests and our distinct marine environment might be lost forever.
It’s only with the contribution from people like you that we have achieved so much and can continue to protect our unique and wonderful natural places.
Many of the solutions to our environmental challenges are available today. But it’s essential we act now and achieve the lasting change that will save our planet and create a more sustainable future. Please add your voice to ours by becoming a Voice for Nature today.
As a monthly supporter you are committing to creating real and lasting change. You become someone we can depend on. The Voice for Nature program provides a consistent and reliable source of funding so we can respond immediately to urgent conservation issues the moment they arise. A regular gift also allows us to plan ahead and make possible the long-term campaigns necessary to secure a healthy and sustainable future.
