Eastern Suburbs Food Waste Challenge

The Food Waste Challenge has arrived in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney!  Partnering with Randwick City Council, Woollahra Municipal Council and Waverley Council, the Challenge is being launched at the EcoLiving Fair in Randwick on Sunday 16 September, 2012.  

Time: 10:30am-3:30pm

Location: Randwick Community Centre, Munda Street (off Bundock Street, off Hendy Avenue), Randwick

With free workshops, talks, native plant giveaways, organic food and a huge variety of stalls selling local quality wares; there really is something for everyone. Why not push some pedal power and ride your bike to the Fair - you can valet your bike! There will be lots of free activities and entertainment so come along bring the entire family and enjoy a guilt free day out!

Come along and see an interactive display on tools and tips to reduce food waste. There will also be a panel discussion about the impacts of food waste.

Register for the challenge on the day, and get a free edible plant!
